How do we benefit both you and the suppliers?

Simple, we are honest and knowledgeable. That gives usĀ  the ability to negotiate on everyone's behalf. The manufacturers know that we will not ask them to cover repairs they are not really responsible for. If we contact them on behalf of a client they know we have determined that it is in fact a warranty issue and they are not being dealt with dishonestly. For the end user they have someone on their side that can help them understand why something failed if it is in fact a warranty issue or not and what can be done to prevent such a failure in the future. We save both parties time and money or there would not be a need for our service
